Have you ever heard of the Amber Room? I never had, until I founded Spark of Amber. As I read and studied more about Amber jewelry, the uses of Baltic Amber, and the history of Baltic Amber, I discovered the story of the Amber Room.
Where was the Amber Room located?
The Amber Room was constructed in Russia. It was created in the 18th century, and located in St. Petersburg.
How was the Amber Room Constructed?
It was made of over six tons of Amber. In actuality, the Amber Room was composed of many large Amber panels, mosaics, and mirrors. It was truly a beautiful work of art!

During World War II, when the Nazi soldiers invaded Russia, the Amber Room was discovered, looted, and dismantled by Nazi soldiers. The Amber was put into storage.
